We have worked with Rena twice: when she helped us by our first house eight years ago and then again when she helped us to sell it. She was an outstanding realtor and reliable guide throughout both experiences and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She gave us great advice in regards to preparing the house for sale and staging for the open house; she brought in a wonderful photographer, put together a great listing, held two very busy open houses over the course of one weekend and sold the house immediately. Rena helped us negotiate the paper work and inspection requests, and she even gave our township a push when they were dragging their feet on the CO certificate. She was able to recommend excellent professionals for every type of consult we needed: electrician, plumber, arborist, contractor and lawyer. Throughout the process she was amazing and she absorbed as much of the stress of selling a home as she could. If we hadn’t been moving out of state, we would have used her to buy our new house, too.
